Flexible facility
- Revolving credit – allowing businesses to draw and repay funds when required, with no need to upload invoices.
- Term loan – initial drawdown with agreed amortisation.
- Term – 3 – 5 years.
- Borrow £1m to £10m.
- Secured Lending – asset agnostic against a mix of collateral, including property, fixed assets, inventory, and receivables. Facilities do not have to be 100% asset backed.
- Can be supported with the Recovery Loan Scheme.
